Products are shipped from our warehouse in Mallorca, Spain.
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Bloom Designt Ltd. "You" means you, our customer.
2. Ordering and contract
When you place an order, you're making us an offer to buy. A contract only exists once we send you an order confirmation email.
We may refuse or cancel an order if:
- The item is out of stock
- There's a pricing or description error
- We can't verify your payment or delivery details
- We suspect fraud or misuse
If we cancel, we'll refund you in full.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in [EUR] and include applicable VAT
- Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay
- We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.)
- Payment is taken when you place your order
If a price is obviously wrong (e.g. a kit listed at €1 instead of €100), we reserve the right to cancel the order even after confirmation.
4. Delivery

Risk passes to you once the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.

We do our best to show our products accurately, but:
- Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen
- Sizing is a guide — please check our size charts
- We may change product specifications or discontinue items at any time

You agree not to:
- Use the site for anything illegal
- Try to break, hack, or disrupt the site
- Copy our content, photos, or designs without permission
All content on this site (logos, text, photos, designs) belongs to Viva Velo Ltd and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

We're responsible for losses you suffer as a direct result of us breaking these terms, but we're not liable for:
- Losses we couldn't reasonably foresee
- Losses not caused by us breaking these terms
- Business losses (we only sell to consumers)
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by law.

If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, you have legal rights that these terms don't affect — including your right of withdrawal and your right to goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you're a consumer living in the EU, you also have the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
