Yes. All Viva Velo products are covered by the legal consumer guarantee applicable in your country. If you receive a faulty item or experience a manufacturing defect, please contact us and we'll make it right.

Email info@vivavelowear.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund — whichever works best.

Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Once an order has been placed, it can't be changed. If you'd like to make changes, you'll need to cancel your order and place a new one. If available, you may cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it from your customer profile. After this time, or once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. If your order has already shipped, you can initiate a return from your customer profile once your order has been delivered.
