All orders ship from our warehouse in Mallorca, Spain. Here is everything you need to know about how your kit gets to you.
1. Processing & dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse Monday–Friday, excluding Spanish public holidays.
- Orders placed before 12:00 CET on a business day are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 CET, or on a weekend or public holiday, are dispatched on the next business day.
During sales, new launches or peak season, please allow an extra 1–2 business days for packing. If we expect a longer delay we'll email you before you have to ask.
2. Where we ship
We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Switzerland and most European Union countries.
Shipments to the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) we settle the import taxes and duties, so nothing is collected from you on arrival. Shipments to Switzerland are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means Swiss import VAT and clearance fees are collected by the carrier when the parcel reaches you.
EU countries we ship to: Spain, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Portugal, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Croatia, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Cyprus, Malta.
EU countries we don't currently ship to: Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg (Benelux).

3. Delivery times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer during busy periods or due to factors outside our control (weather, carrier issues, strikes).
4. Taxes and duties
Spain and EU destinations: All prices shown include Spanish VAT at the current rate where applicable. No customs duty is charged on intra-EU shipments. Where required by your country's rules for distance sales above the relevant threshold, VAT is collected at checkout under the EU One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme.
United States, United Kingdom and Australia - Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): For these destinations the prices you see at checkout include all applicable import taxes and duties. We act as the importer of record and settle import VAT, GST and any customs duty directly with the authorities or the carrier.
- There is nothing further to pay when your parcel arrives - no customs invoice, no clearance handling fee, no release charge.
- The amount shown at checkout is the final amount. No second invoice lands after delivery.
- We provide accurate commercial invoices and correctly declared customs values on every parcel to support fast clearance.
- If a carrier ever asks you for a payment on a DDP shipment, don't pay it - email us at info@vivavelowear.com and we will resolve it directly with them.
Switzerland - Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU): Prices shown do not include Swiss import VAT (currently 8.1%) or customs clearance fees. Swiss Post or the courier will collect these charges from the recipient on delivery. For Swiss shipments the recipient is the importer of record.
5. Tracking, missed deliveries and undeliverable parcels
A tracking link is sent by email when your order leaves our warehouse. Please check spam if you don't see it within 24 hours of dispatch.
Missed deliveries: if no one is home, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for re-delivery or collection from a local pickup point.
Undeliverable parcels returned to us (wrong address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or - on DDU destinations such as Switzerland - the recipient refuses to pay duties): we will refund the merchandise value of the order minus a €15 return-to-sender fee and the original outbound shipping cost. Shipping costs paid on the original order are non-refundable in this case because the carrier charges us both ways.
Lost parcels are rare. If tracking shows no movement for 7 working days after dispatch, contact us and we will launch an investigation with the carrier. Once the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we will replace the order or issue a full refund including original shipping.
Please note: on DDP destinations there is nothing for you to pay on delivery, so a shipment is never refused for unpaid duties. If a DDP parcel comes back to us as undeliverable, we refund the merchandise value minus the return-to-sender fee and the original outbound shipping cost.
6. Order changes, cancellations and split shipments
- You can change or cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing info@vivavelowear.com. Once an order has been dispatched we can no longer cancel it, but our normal returns policy applies.
- If an item is out of stock at the moment of dispatch, we will email you and either ship the available items immediately with a small refund / store credit for the missing piece, or hold the whole order for a couple of days. Your preference, our default is to ship what we have.
